AL Rashid Mall - Khobar

Danah Real Estate Company, the real estate arm of Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company, owns and manages a diversified portfolio of assets with proven expertise in shopping centres, residential, commercial and hospitality.

Its properties include the iconic Al Rashid Mall-Khobar. Since 1995, the mall has been a significant destination in the retail landscape of Saudi Arabia, thanks to strategic relationships with all the region’s top retail and entertainment groups.

Starting from February 2023, the shopping centre, while trading, is undergoing a massive renovation, the second in its history. The project aims to meet several objectives, including growth through expansion, upgrading operating services and amenities and creating a more contemporary and inviting space for customers.

Lastly, in addition to Qaysaria, its unique themed area celebrating Saudi Heritage.

 

Five new signature areas have been added

• Al Rashid Fashion Avenue, a new luxury fashion destination within the Eastern Province.

• Al Rashid Walk, the latest outdoor destination with a wide offer of casual dining options and coffee shops.

• Palm Court, an experiential indoor shopping journey reminiscent of an oasis.

• The Dome, a central event place with an exposure to multimedia immersive experience.

• The Hub is a destination that delivers best-in-class entertainment and Fashion.
